Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry at Mount Carmel has many forms, but serves the same purpose—to give women the opportunity to come together to grow in faith and friendship and become more deeply connected to God’s presence within us. Women gather throughout the year for book groups, Bible study circles, prayer, special workshops, and an annual retreat held in Lake Geneva. There is a place for everyone to come and be filled in spirit and joined with other sisters on the journey. For more information and contact names for any of these events, please contact the church office at 414-771-1270 or office@mountcarmelchurch.org.

Prayer Ministry
At Mount Carmel we understand prayer to be central to the Christian life—drawing us into a closer relationship with God, one another, and the world around us.
Mount Carmel supports the prayer life of its people in two primary ways:
Each week Mount Carmel puts together a list of prayer requests. These requests are given to the pastors or church office by people in the congregation and friends of Mount Carmel. Members of Mount Carmel receive these prayer requests either by email or by picking up a copy on Sunday morning. They then faithfully pray for the people or situations listed. This prayer ministry has been a sustaining force in the life of many people and has become a powerful part of the weekly ministry of our congregation. Your prayer requests are always welcome!
