Sunday School

We welcome any children from K-3 through the 8th grade to join us on Sunday mornings from 9:30 – 10:35 a.m. (September through May). The younger students, from K-4 through 5th grade, meet in the Friendship Hall where they hear a Bible based worship story from one of our pastors and then practice songs that will be sung at a future worship service. They are then met by their teacher and taken to their rooms for learning. The Sunday school curriculum is an engaging, Bible based Christian education where each Sunday a different activity is offered that revolves around the bible theme for the month.

The K-3 and 6th-8th graders meet in their Sunday school rooms at 9:30a.m. where they will be taught by one of our many dedicated teachers. The 6th – 8th graders have an opportunity to sing in the Praise team choir, which practices on Sunday evenings before confirmation. A highlight for our children and congregation is the annual Christmas pageant performed by all of our Sunday school children at the 10:45a.m. service in December.
